Refund policy
SONVELLA products are made to order - each item is produced specifically for your purchase. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.
We accept refund or replacement requests in the following cases:
- Manufacturing defect - printed incorrectly, material flaw, or doesn't match the approved design
- Wrong item received - different product from what you ordered
- Damaged in transit - product arrived damaged due to shipping
EU Right of Withdrawal
If you're in the EU, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery per EU consumer law. Contact hello@sonvella.com before the 14-day period ends. Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the item is defective.
How to submit a claim
Contact hello@sonvella.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. No physical return needed. We'll offer a replacement or refund.
