Returns and Exchanges

Because our products are made-to-order specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size selections
• Change of mind or buyer's remorse
• Products where you ordered the incorrect color

We do accept replacement or refund requests for:

• Defective products (printing errors, manufacturing defects)
• Damaged items received
• Wrong item received (different product or design than ordered)

To request a replacement or refund for a qualifying issue: email us at info@sonvella.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. If the issue will be accepted we'll confirm the issue and arrange a replacement or refund within 3-5 business days.
